the hoodie singing NO RAIN from BLIND MELON is an American rock band active from 1989 to 1999, and from 2006 onward. they singing that song not because yes there's no rain in a couple of week until now, but it because they singing for Ay :)
so when finnaly Ay know who's the one who's singing that song, and from that moment from night till dawn that song always playin around, yes, no rain will be the song of this month for him ;p check that song in HERE :)
